The challenge
Give a national, citizen-led movement a credible platform to communicate its principles, grow its membership beyond political divides and mobilise communities into real programmes — from peace advocacy to community action.
Zera’s response
Zera shaped the platform around the movement's pillars — unity, peace, integrity and political neutrality — with a clear content architecture, a warm and unifying visual identity, membership pathways, storytelling and newsroom publishing.
What went live
A live platform where Ugandans and friends of Uganda can understand the movement, join its programmes, follow its campaigns and take part in building a peaceful, united nation.
Engagement journey
Working sessions translated FoU's principles — peace, unity, integrity and non-partisanship — into a clear platform brief.
Pillars, programmes, membership steps and testimonials were organised into a navigable citizen journey.
A warm, inclusive visual identity makes the movement feel national, welcoming and beyond politics.
Zera engineered the platform with membership pathways and publishing tools the FoU team runs independently.
